Townhouse apartments are the second closest dorms to the center of the four academic buildings right behind Graham Hall dorms. It's quite spacious inside with a common area as the first floor equipped plenty of storage (cupboards & refrigerator), electric range and oven, and to my surprise a giant pantry (you could fit 4 NFL linebackers into this baby).
Unfortunately, unlike Woodstock there are no private rooms with single occupancy, there are two bedrooms rooms upstairs that sleep 2 people each (4 persons share a single townhouse). Bedding isn't new, but it's livable, the bedframes are actually a bunk style with the top being a bed and the lower being a desk which is really cool and makes the room very spacious even if you split it in half.
The bathroom is shared between between the four residents and it also resides on the second floor. It is a one shower, one toilet double sink variety with entry to it being a non-locking wood door. Shower is small but works and the toilet gets it own little alcove and small swinging door that can lock. Nothing really special I've seen better & worse showers from other dorms on campus , but it's acceptable.
Townhouses are either the most or second most desirable housing on campus depending on who you talk to, the other competitor being Woodstock. You have the option to exempt from meal plan, should you choose too, which actually saves you money compared to other housing accommodations because meal plan would be mandatory. It's home to only transfer and upper year students, which generally means you get respectable flatmates. However that also means that you cannot do townhouses as a first year.
