It is cozy and simple, nothing crazy. I have been here for 2 years and really enjoyed it. There are single/private bedrooms, with 2 sharing a kitchen and a bathroom. The laundry room in the basement is simple but efficient, and the machines were just upgraded. There is one common room, but it is not anything crazy.
