York River Hall West Dorm Reviews at CNU

Nice staff and workers at West. The maintenance wait time is really long and there is a big lack of communication. There aren't many laundry machines available which makes it very crowded over the weekend.

The dorm itself is great, and the suitemate room junction is a great way to create a set of friends for your time in college. The rooms on the fourth floor are a bit smaller than those on the other floors, but you are refunded some of your room and board fee as compensation, so overall I think it's a great place for your freshman year.

My experience at York River Hall West has been excellent. The dorm rooms specifically are excellent. They are spacious which is so helpful when you have a roommate. It comes with a microwave and a refrigerator which is unique for a dorm room. Another great quality about York West is that there is one bathroom per four people (sweet-mates) and one sink and mirror in each dorm room that is shared between roommates. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of the dorm rooms and York West as a whole is great as well. The people are friendly and run the resisdents hall well.
