Overall, pretty nice. Experienced a mold problem my first year here, but hopefully my upcoming year will be less nasty. The outdoor courtyard is wonderful to hang out in, a perfect space for studying or socializing.

Kelly house is a newer residence hall than the others on campus and was also renovated a few years ago. It is extremely conveniently located to campus as well as the downtown area. It has a courtyard right in the center of the residence hall which has nice green space to hang out.

Kelly house is a new dorm on college of charleston campus. There is a townhouse type floor plan in which I had a single room in the townhouse. It is located perfectly in the heart of the city/ campus.
