John Jay 10 was a great dorm overall. It was in the same building as two great cafeterias and it was connected to two other dorm, which was great to see other friends from the same year. It is also next door to Butler Library (overall, just a great location). However, I will say that the bathroom situation were very annoying since there were 7 single bathrooms per floor that you had to share with 40+ people, and not everyone knew how to pick up after themselves. Overall, John Jay is great freshman dorm!
