Out of all the freshmen residence halls, Regan has the best layout and rooms! Things like noise, cleanliness, common areas/bathrooms really just depend on the people you end up living with, but I liked the room I had. The location of Regan was also ideal - right next to St. Vincent de Paul Chapel, behind the gym, a short walk to the dining hall, and five minutes away from the metro. For athletes, it's not too bad of a walk to the DuFour Center either. The noise from the metro can be distracting at night, but you get used to it.
