Ruth C is nice as far as only sharing the bathroom with two other girls and your roommate. The doors are super thin so you can hear people talking across the hall in another room with both doors closed.

It was a good experience overall. The walls are thin, so you do hear everything that is in the hall. If you are by one of the doors that leads into the hall, it is louder. The bathrooms are okay, but again, there is no sound barrier. This makes it a little awkward if both doors aren't shut and you can hear almost everything from the other room.
