Millennium Hall Dorm Reviews at Drexel

As a freshman, I joined millennium Hall for the Living Learning Community. This groups people in similar majors together. It's been a nice experience but in comparison to the other halls, Millenium is probably average in everything.

Doors auto-lock behind you so no need to worry about forgetting to lock your door. Only issue with that is if you forget your key you have to have a walk of shame to the front desk to ask to be let in. First few weeks tend to be hot because the A/C is turned off when no one lives here. Some rooms are cleaner than others but all have some degree of yuck that is common to areas teenagers live in.

Bathrooms can get very messy because all floors are mixed-gender. All rooms have central AC, which means that it can get too cold or too hot. Windows don't open. Because of central AC and windows that don't open, it is very easy to get sick. Walls are not too thick, which means that yo would be able to hear your neighbors.

The best thing about millennium hall was being able to meet so many people and socializing with those on my floor. We had so many floor experiences together as we worked as a community and I made so many lasting friendships and relationships.
