Great RA in the building that get things done. There are areas that could be improved upon like the elevator and the dorm is an older one and can do with a interior face lift. Mattresses are new however.

Tompkins is super quiet and peaceful. It is definitely not a party building. Most days I don't hear a single thing. The building itself is very beautiful. Wooden floors and a great view. The bathrooms are good considering there are 10 other girls using it.
