Spence Hall Dorm Reviews at Evangel

It is average. I mean it is the oldest dorm building at Evangel and the bath water is not always the best. The carpets could use a good shampooing and cleaning. The bathroom could be updated. The dorm room itself would be nice to have actual walls instead of cinder blocks which make me feel like I am in a prison cell.

Within Spence, we have the standard double room, suite bathroom, and study rooms per floor. The building is older; however, it is well loved and cared for. As for safety, Evangel's security has a five minute response time for non-emergencies. Furthermore, the staff is personable, responsible, and full of grace. Therefore, Spence grants you with that feeling of safety, but also the freedom of adulthood. Overall, I would whole-heartedly recommend Spence Hall for anyone looking for the dorm experience.
