Living in the south apartments was like living in your own little town with all your school friends. It was safe and you met lots of new people. You had your own wash room and little community area where you and some class met could meet up .

I would highly recommend bringing cleaning supplies and plenty decorations. The rooms are more spacious than your average dorm, but the walls are similar to that of a prison. The staff and safety is preeminent. As well, you'll likely have some great roommates that enhance your experience.
