University Commons

34 Reviews

Generally, my experience at University Commons has been problem free with minor issues like sink and shower clogs. However, since it is an old building, some of the carpet and furniture need to be replaced. more

Piedmont North

“

I live in Piedmont North and it is very welcoming and they do lots of on campus activities for example friendship bracelet events and they even had a spooky trick or treating event in the lobby for residents. Over all the dining hall staff is very welcoming and so are the Residential Assistants. more

Piedmont Central

“

I would give Central and overall rating of 8/10. I think the personal bathrooms in the dorms could be updated a bit more, but overall I like it. The location being right across from the RaceTrac isn't for everyone so keep that in mind. The security in the building and in the dining hall is also very good in my opinion. more

I would say that Patton Hall is one of the quietest dorms. Its easy to get around and a good place to study with friends. The staff are really cool people and have hosted a lot of events for the residence there. more

Piedmont North A

“

There are areas that are louder than others and unfortunately, I was sandwiched between two loud rooms. The walls aren't that thin, but in my experience, it was only noisy due to screaming, yelling, and running. A normal voice tone cannot pass through the walls. Just pray that you'll get quiet neighbors, but other than that, the price was ok for this dorm. more
