Pickard Dorm Reviews at GVSU

our rooms have quite a lot of space compared to other dorms. we have a private bathroom that we share with one other dorm. So only four of us share a bathroom. It is very safe there a key pads to get in on the front doors and we have to use our student ids to get in.

Pickard is where I met my lifelong friends due to the suite-style layout. I automatically became friends with three other girls and was able to make other friends easily in the building because it was such a small building. The resident assistants were always there if we needed them and created fun events for us to meet other students. Pickard was a great experience going in as a freshman at GVSU!

Large rooms with suite style bathrooms. 4 people for one bathroom was much more clean that the larger dorms with community bathrooms. I was on the ground level by the front door which made for a little more noise at times. It is right across from the cage and store, but a few minute walk to main area where the cafeteria is.
