It is quite an unsafe place. There was a scandal not too long ago where some people just walked in and were able to steal a bunch of stuff in the dorm rooms. Despite being only a few minutes walk from the campus police, the thieves were able to get away quite easily. I don't know what happened to them after, but I'm pretty sure they got away with it. Mitchel Dorms is the worst of all the dorms.
