My experience at James hall has overall been positive. It is the only freshman dorm on campus with individual bathrooms and usually has nice staff. The maintenance troubles come with it being a very old building and is usually fixed quickly but they can get frustrating especially when it is the same repeating issues.

Friendly RAs. A great place to do homework or hang out. It's clean and was recently renovated. In order to stay in the dorm, your GPA needs to be 2.5 or higher. Also, high school test scores are used when the school is doing dorm acceptances.
