There is a laundry room on each floor, plus a laundromat when you don't want to wait. There are plenty of street lights to enjoy the beautiful night view. Speaking of night, there are sometimes small gatherings with other people who reside in the dorms; It is a great way to socialized and become familiar with one's dormmates.
