Riverwalk Apartments

Since it is an apartment and not the dorm it is more spacious for me and the fact that I can cook here because we have a kitchen, so I really enjoy riverwalk. Even though I have 3 roommate they are very cooperative, and they have become some good friends of mine, and they help me get up and move around more. The whole riverwalk experience for me so far has been amazing and I hope that it only gets better from here. more

Honors College and Residences

I have moved to the edge about 4 years ago. At the beginning I really enjoyed living there, it was a quiet place in a nice area tat had a suburban fell but still surrounded by college students. However Throughout the year the place has been declining, the maintenance staff is nice but sometimes they take a couple of days to solve anything that is wrong ( including my shower that was broke for a whole semester even though they "fixed it " many times). They also started getting a lot more students which can be nice but now we have to deal with loud parties going on every weekend and very terrible wi-fi. The Wi-fi has not been working properly for months now which is unacceptable specially because most classes are online now. more

I absolutely love living in North hall. It is so convenient and welcoming. Noise and cleanliness are due to others living in the building. Staff is very helpful, thorough, and efficient to do their best to make living in North a positive experience. Overall, I highly enjoy living here. more

Great location to be at if you are studying at MIT. The apartment building is older than the ones in the Kendall Square area and needs maintenance from time to time. That being said, the price is slightly lower and comes with a great view if you manage to get the river-facing units. more
