Close commute to school which is nice. A cool thing is that all of the people living here are from different schools and internships, as well as a lot of international students. You also get your own bathroom per room which is insanely nice for a dorm. I would say that the area can be overwhelming, and there is a lot of opioid usage outside of the building, but the building itself has great security and beautiful views of the city.
