Templin is convenient for the parking lot that's right in front of it, but it fills up quite fast. Since it's right in front of the road, you get a LOT of noise from late night partiers. Decent for if you want private bathrooms, but the noise is a bit of a dealbreaker. The laundry room is pretty nasty too.
