I recommend this hall to freshman girls. Since it is not the cleanest, bring your own everything. The janitors do not restock bathroom supplies often and the washer and dryers are not cleaned often. Even though this building has it's negatives it is a welcoming space for young women and many girls are able to get along well here. more

My room is the smallest room on my floor. The bathrooms are not kept clean. There is dirt and what looks like mold on the floors. There is no air conditioning but that is also true for most of the dorms except upper classman. It is the oldest dorm on campus but also the worst. more

Very calm space. Everybody is so welcoming when you arrive to the dorm. They have group chats for each floor to maintain everything and make sure people are safe. Overall the building is big and is connected to the cafe more

Lucy Laney Hall

My Lucy Laney experience wasn't too bad because the dorms recently have AC installed into every room. The bathrooms are communal but are clean on weekdays but can get dirty on weekends.The staff is okay but the floor meeting can get annoying. more

ASL is apartment style living and It gives me peace to do my work and get rest. Also, Eventhough, its little walk to the cafe you are next to the class rooms. lastly, this dorms gives you so much private space. more

Overall the dorm is nice and it has AC, which is great! The maintenance and cleanliness could be better but we students make the mess. If we do a better job of cleaning up after ourselves and, especially, keeping the bathrooms and microwaves clean, it would be a lot better. more
