Because of COVID-19 I am living by myself in a 4 person apartment. I am very satisfied with the experience. I have a full kitchen (sadly no dishwasher) and 2 sinks and a tub-shower combo. This is a great apartment with a beautiful view of LA and the ocean right from my windows.
