It's an old building. Very old. Don't expect much out of the wifi, the hot water, or the thermostat. On the topic of building maintenance, its not bad, besides the tiny problem with the fire system. On occasion, the fire alarm will go off, meaning you have to evacuate. This happened 3 times in 4 days, but its been quiet since.
