It is good except that things break and either do not get fixed or take a long time to get fixed. In addition, the water in the showers take a long time to get warm but never have hot water in the showers or sinks.

It can be loud at times, but I like the setup of the towers and having a bathroom that you only share with your roommates. The windows in your room are way too small and narrow though, but the windows in the common room are huge.
