Lower West Cedar has great road access for grubhub and other food deliveries, but it is farthest away from the main campus. Since you do all of your own cleaning (although maintenance will come to repair broken items in the building) it is up to you to keep the area looking nice, which means you don't have to deal with a huge mess.
