As a resident at Treehouse dorm, I do appreciate the strong security that did require visual ID approval to be let in. The staff has been generally nice, though some outliers were rude and often gave condescending looks. Cleanliness needs attention due to barefoot walking and lack of clean-up in the common area and a general lack of care for the shared space for others. Elevator and washer/dryer maintenance can be slow. Overall, improvements in these areas would enhance the dorm experience."
