The RA was a big reason that the dorm was the way it was the year I lived there, and some of the boys right above me loved jumping off their bed. Most of the people were extremely nice and the bathrooms were well maintained with nice staff.

New Hall 4 is a good dorm to be in, but there are better choices on campus. I would say out of freshman dorms offered, New Hall 4 is about in the middle. It has air conditioning, which some don't have. But, my whole time there the washers and dryers were terrible and you had to dry your clothes about 5+ times.
