Julia Sears Residence Community Dorm Reviews at MSU

The staff and other residents are very friendly and inviting. It's a great place if you want more privacy than a usual residence hall, especially with the bathroom situation. I found it easier to connect with others especially since you can have either just a suitemate or both a roommate and suitemates.

Julia Sears is a very fun place to live. Meeting new people is very easy and the lounge makes for a great area to study. The only bad part is the occasional cold walks to the university dining center.

I really love this dorm, the only downside is that it is a further walk from the dining center, but the plus side is that it is a full residence community so you will end up meeting a lot of people! Highly recommend!

Julia Sears is the best dorm building Mankato offers! The noise levels are respectable, the halls and common areas are always clean, and the staff is friendly. I experienced no issues in living there for one semester.
