Sundance Court Dorm Reviews at MSU

The dorms are by far the best apartment styled dorms I have seen the layout resembles a nice hotel. With immediate access to both the softball field and the workout center across the street with a gorgeous view of the lake.

All staff are very friendly, and maintenance comes within 48 hours of putting in a request. Even with the thin walls, noise was kept to a minimum. Even with the noise issues that were had, all conflicts were resolved quickly.

As a transfer student to MSU, I was extremely nervous to move away from home and live "on my own" (with roommates) for the first time. After a semester of living in Sundance Court, I am glad to report that it has exceeded my expectations by a long shot. Despite its close proximity to a street that goes throughout the town, the security measures set in place ,such as cameras and required keycards/separate keys for the rooms, offer a sense of ease and calm. It was a bit further from my classes than other dorms (still a completely walkable distance of 15 minutes to the furthest building), but it is directly across the street from a great walking path and the campus gym which I have found most beneficial. Out of five universities that I visited, MSU and Sundance Court specifically had the most spacious and affordable on-campus housing. I cannot recommend living here enough!
