Dietrich is a good place to live in you will meet a lot of new people but sometimes they'll keep you up all night if they are to hyper but anyways its a very good place to live I would highly suggest it.

Dieterich is definitely a good place budget wise. It's not the most updated but it is cheaper than some of the other housing options. I have lived in Dieterich multiple years, while it does have communal bathrooms, they are still nice and cleaned by the staff everyday.
