Residents are friendly and respect quiet time. The maintenance workers are helpful. My roommate and myself had problems with our toilet and bathroom sink. The workers showed up quickly and fixed both problems (they occurred on different days).

Nice sleeping area and bathroom. Had issues with plumbing which were fixed quickly. Friendly residents and staff. Must be sure to keep an eye on the washers and dryers for clothes. You must make sure not to over pack them or they will not work properly.
