It's not too bad. Last year, I didn't have any air conditioning in my dorm, so being able to have a/c this year is a big upgrade. The size of the dorm isn't too bad, and the bathroom isn't terrible either. There was one appearance of a roach, but maintenance came and we haven't seen one since. There isn't much in the common room, so it's not a big space for hanging out, but it is a fine place to study as it is pretty quiet down there.
