182 Broadway Dorm Reviews at Pace U

The dorm building overall is welcoming and organized. However, there could be improvements in the laundry room regarding its cleanliness. Furthermore, the security guards are vigilant and prioritize safety, which does provide me with a sense of comfort. As for the location, it's near several food places and a gym but in my opinion a little far from the schools campus, especially when compared to the location of other dorms.

Probably the best dorm building Pace University in Manhattan has to offer. Overall, the building is very clean, the elevators run smoothly, and the staff are very nice. The laundry room is a bit small, but if you time it right there is no issues. The room's are pretty large, and there is plenty of space but not many lights.

Living in 182 Broadway was definitely an experience. I would like to say that our common area was definitely way better than John streets. I had 2 other roommates including me and I would say that the room size was good, we also had a bathroom in our room which was great. Living in broadway I was definitely able to make friends on my dorm floor which was great because I’ve made many great experiences

182 Broadway was a great way to start integrating myself into the city and becoming a part of the community at Pace University- the only bad to it is walking to classes in the winter! Just kinda cold!

182 Broadway was cool it was definitely the more social dorm building but I loved it because I had we had our bathrooms instead of a communal one which was really important to me. All in all it was a good experience.

I absolutely loved 182 Broadway. It was so nice having our own bathroom. I was also able to make friends with other people who lived in 182 Broadway. The only thing that wasn't the best were the elevators. There are three elevators, and sometimes one of them (or even two) would be down for a long time. My suggestion is to always leave for class early because you never know how long the elevators will take. My view from my dorm was one of my favorite things about living there. I also really enjoyed the lounges. There's a social lounge and a quieter lounge with a printer, so it was nice to have the option of what kind of environment I wanted to be in if I didn't want to work in my room.

182 broadway is one of the "upscale" dorms at Pace University. I enjoy living here because of the amenities provided, such as: private bathroom, kitchen, and gym. But, due to COVID-19 these are not at our disposal.

I'm a current resident at 182 Broadway and it's great. Maintenance is pretty quick to help if you report a problem on their website. My only complaint is that the laundry machines don't ever get cleaned unless you specifically complain, which I keep forgetting to do so I don't even know if they will clean it. But it doesn't impact me that much and it doesn't change the smell of the clothes.

Nice dorm in a great location. The common areas are dated and uncleanly. The kitchen is nasty and never cleaned. The dorms themselves are nice (though small) and is worth the extra money for the bathroom. Very noisy due to location across from the Fulton center.
