For anyone interested in PrattMWP: This residence hall is right next to the Plant Residence as well, and it is quite clean and quiet.
PrattMWP is an extension center of Pratt Institute. This place is better if you're ready to focus on school only, because Utica, NY is not known for entertainment.
The best thing about the Hart Residence is that it is generally warmer, safe, and clean. You can send and receive maintenance requests quite quickly too. Out of all three of the residence halls at PrattMWP ( They're named Hart, Plant, and Cottage) Hart is the best.
