I lived on the third floor and currently live on the 4th. I have only had a few instances in my 2 years there where I needed maintenance such as a outlet not working, leaky pipe, and bugs. Maintenance came really quick for the outlet and pipe problem and they were fixed promptly. They were supposed to come on a certain day (a day was scheduled), and then never did, and when it was rescheduled, I was never notified of the problem being resolved (previously I was left a card saying what was done). So maybe my bug problem was fixed or maybe it wasn't.
