Adams Residence Hall Dorm Reviews at RMU

Currently the common area is under complete renovation. The RA is great. Any issues that have come up have been solved quickly. The only issue I have is people not taking their clothes out of the dryer and with 6 dryers for the whole floor makes laundry a hassle

It was okay for freshman dorms. It was a long walk to anywhere for classes or food. Communal bathrooms are always gross, people would leave stuff in the sinks or trash on the floor. The people were always nice as well as the cleaning people. I believe they did all they could to keep it nice but some don't know how to clean up after themselves.

Ever since I moved in everyone in the dorm building has been friendly and the staff work hard to keep it clean for us. The only thing that I do not like about the dorm is the location, it is at the very bottom of campus so everywhere you walk is uphill, but you can find shortcuts that make the walks easier.

I wish the rooms were designed with more attention to detail because they are not too small, its space isn't optimized to its full potential. apart from that, the place is nice, the facilities are regularly cleaned and are well maintained.
