Maintenance is currently a hit to miss, but they are polite.
The area is modern.
I haven't had the most exhilarating experience with Sterling Union. They changed the previous management which I had trouble with, after then it has been fairly peaceful but nevertheless, continuously stressful with lack of attentiveness.
