It's one of the better places I've lived at stetson but they need to fix the laundry room because it seems like most of them are always broken. If you like your own space I recommend because you get your own room but the walls aren't that thick. The room is a decent size, I recommend bring extra storage and somewhere to put your shoes. It's not all that but it's good enough.
