I think this is just for my dorm.. but I have seen quite some roaches despite being very clean. I've lived here for 2 years prior to Chavez and had no roach problems. I think it is just my room because nobody else has this problem. After putting in a work order I don't see them anymore. Besides that, living in Chavez is like living in a hotel, things are very sleek and clean. Someone comes and cleans every week, there are study lounges on every floor, and it is close to a lot of buildings on campus, like dining hall, library, recreation center, etc.
