I have wonderful roommates and the best RA ever. Ponderosa Terrace is nice for how much I have paid for it. The only complaint is no air conditioning. The building is fairly old, and there is no fire alarms but because it is so small everyone can hear the smoke detectors and such. Overall the apartment is fair for the price.
