Apartments at Court 17 Dorm Reviews at UW Tacoma

I love it! Its like having your own apartment in college. You don't have to share bathrooms, kitchens, or even laundry. We also get a gym YMCA gym membership. The gym is right across the street from the campus.

I started living at Court 17 since my freshman year and I absolutely enjoyed it! People (roommates and staffs) are very nice. It is very safe to live there because security is 24/7 in the building. The rent is comparatively cheaper than most of the outside apartments in the area of Tacoma because the rent includes security, maintenance, water, electricity, garbage, internet fees, etc. It is fully furnished and the furniture looks pretty new. Also, don't worry about your packages being stolen by someone else because you will sign and get your packages at the front desk. The maintenance is also very good. The dryer at my apartment was not functioning when I moved in so I called maintenance. They came over the next day and changed a new one for me. They literally opened the box in front of me. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I love the vibe there too. Highly encouraged to all students who are attending UW Tacoma.

Very good and always clean, well maintained. Friendly staff and helpful security, peaceful and thoughtful neighbors. No hassle of any kind and I always felt safe during the night especially when I was alone. Really enjoying my stay.
