In Cowarts, you are responsible for keeping your room and shared bathroom clean. The setup is that of two dorm rooms connected by a bathroom, with the option of having one person to a room or two. The outside is well lit at night and is in a good location as it is just a short walk to class and to get food. My only grievance is their is very limited parking.
Overall, living in Cowarts is an enjoyable experience.
