These are the oldest housing buildings on campus and they're next to the frats. However, they are less expensive than the other on-campus living and the rooms are bigger. You still have your own bedroom, and you only share a common area with two other people instead of three. Also, you don't have to share a kitchen with the entire floor or residence hall, each suite has its own.
