Vail House Dorm Reviews at UCCS

My dorm was broken into and my suite mates and I received multiple death threats on paper, it felt very unsafe. Unfortunately, there was no AC unit which left the first month of residency unbearable as it was always around 80 degrees in out room. Our location and our RA were wonderful, but other staff and campus police were very unhelpful and uncaring.

Vail is a very quiet dorm that is a quick walk to the academic buildings. There aren’t any common areas in the hallways and there isn’t a central lobby of the building. My dorm room was small and crowded, my roommate and I had to stack our chairs in our “living area.”
