De Neve Birch has the bigger suites at UCLA. The ACS is great and works fast, the windows are reinforced but the screens pop out and are a bit of a concern for some. The showers have pretty meh water pressure but include a massage mode. You get three trash cans and there is a hallway shoot. There is housekeeping once a week to clean in-room bathrooms and they give you free toilet paper and bags. You cannot have a microwave or anything that produces heat with the exception of the rentable micro-fridge which most people don't enjoy paying a premium for. It has good security with two checkpoints that use ID and a keypad lock that also requires a keycard. They change the locks during breaks. The rooms are currently one person in a triple but otherwise, they are somewhat small. There is a nice seat thing next to the window. They provide chairs. The fire alarms are super touchy and there are frequent drills. Also, most people are fine with the mattress that comes but I used a mattress topper (protip get full sheets even with a twin bed)
