I moved into Hill Collage House from the quad in the middle of my first semester at Penn. It was a huge upgrade from living in the Quad where my room had bugs and my roomates and friends had issues with mold and roaches. From the moment a started living in Hill i loved it. I loved being close to the dining hall and I loved being in a central location between my classes and the athletic facilities. The faculty residents were also really nice and the community within hill was great too. The only issues i had in hill were with the cleanliness of the bathrooms but I do feel that this factors is a direct reflection to the people on my hall.
