Shoreline Ridge Dorm Reviews at University of Utah

I have overall had a good experience. It is unfortunately at the top of campus making it a long walk to get to class but none the less the building is in decent condition. The only complaint I have is that they did not do the best job of having it cleaned when I moved in.

The apartment feels old, which I would be okay with but it feels old in the sense that it is a bit run down. The paint is peeling in areas and is mismatched. Some of the kitchen tiles are broken, showing the cement, and can peel off. There are holes in the doors from someone throwing things at it. Besides these factors, which aren't too noticeable, the apartment is great.

It is a really nice and quiet place to study compared to other place's I have been previously. These dorms, unlike the one that I went to previously, have single rooms with a connecting common area and bathroom.

Shoreline Ridge has been an amazing place to live! It is right next to campus, close to the mountain, and has readily available parking. The dorm rooms are spacious and the staff is great. You will love it here.
