UC Foundation Apartments Dorm Reviews at UTC

My dorm experience for the first time was nothing but exceptional. The building had an apartment style to it. It included four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Every once in a while there was an elevator down, but it was usually fixed fairly quickly.

It's one of the nicest residence halls on UTC's campus, but it's not without its issues. You get a full sized bed, washer and dryer in the apartment, dishwasher, and you only share a bathroom with one person. It's an older building so there's maintenance issues that pop up every few months.

I loved my experience living at UC Foundation apartments! The rooms are spacious and the location is very central to all of campus. It is also very quiet. I truly feel that UCF apartments are the best on campus.

This was a great first experience at a dorm. I began at UTC as a Sophomore and really enjoyed the four bedroom/two bath apartment. Parking was ok and the walk to classes was easy. I enjoyed the private bedroom and had the luxury of a washer and dryer in my unit. We had a large kitchen and living area and plenty of space. Staff were friendly and available for questions and issues (mail, visitors) and invited residents to building functions. I would recommend this complex.
