University of Toledo Dorm Reviews

🧐 What do students think about the dorms at UT?

Horton International House

5 Reviews

It is the perfect distance from classes to the dining halls. It’s also not very busy and everyone is genuinely quiet. The common areas are nice to hangout in and the staff is extremely friendly. It is also right by a parking lot first year students are able to park at. more

Parks Tower

It's been well, it's generally where freshman are housed. So I get to be with people going through the same experience. Just people struggle with being quiet when they need to. It's not that much of an issue, but it is annoying. Besides that it's in a great location on campus, amazing views. more

President’s Hall

4 Reviews

I met some of my closest friends in the dorms. It provided a great social opportunity within a safe environment. It allowed me to get away and was a great "starter home" for myself. It was located on campus which decreased the stress of driving to class and finding parking. more

Ottawa House West

Very nice and met lots of different people. As long as you have good roommates and have good floor mates you will have a good time. Plus, there are multiple areas on campus to go to if the noise level is not ideal for others. more

Presidents Hall

Presidents Hall is a good, but the heating and air conditioning needs fixed. The rooms are extremely hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Also, the water heater needs to be fixed it continually has issues. more

Honors College Living

1 Review

It’s a nice quiet area to live. Also when it comes to school gatherings they host a lot of fun activities. The staff are nice. The only thing tho is that they don’t have any poc working as staff other than the cleaning people. I haven’t seen a black or brown RA but I am thinking about applying to work as a RA next year. But overall its an adjustment but an easy and less chaotic one. more

Ottowa East

1 Review

Ottowa is one of the better dorms on campus but there is a lot of black mold everywhere and the temperature is not well regulated. It is close to a dining hall but the rooms are small and there is not much storage space avalible more
