Haymarket is a very nice and clean space. Granite countertops, dishwasher, new and fancy washer and dryer, high-quality fridge and freezer, air conditioning, and more. There is lots of space and definitely worth the price if you can afford it. Would highly recommend. I like in a double-double. So me and someone share a room and a bathroom and it works well.
