Stewart Hall Dorm Reviews at UW Oshkosh

Stewart Hall was a great first year dorm to live in. Although it was on the outside of campus, it was very quiet and easy to find. When I lived in Stewart Hall, there was no elevator, so I had to walk up 8 flights of stairs to get to my room. I have never had a problem with the people or rules of the dorm, the only "issue" I would say Stewart would have is the cleanliness. It was one of the oldest buildings on campus so everything was outdated and dirty. I Also grew up in a house with well water, and there was city water in the bathrooms. To me, this is a huge difference, and it was hard to get used to. Overall living in the dorms granted me multiple opportunities to meet new people and experience living without parents. I would recommend living in Stewart Hall to future students because it overall is a great hall and offered many benefits.

So far I have loved living in Stewart community, it has been a pleasant experience. I have met lots of amazing people and enjoyed the dorm life. Hopefully when covid restrictions are over it will be even better.
